Why is the Mozilla shop so expensive?
I just wanted to check out the international Mozilla store, to see if they had anything interesting.
But apart from the very small amount of products, I also found out that the Mozilla shop appears to be quite expensive, at least when it comes to book.
Let's take the Firefox Hacks book. At the Mozilla store it costs 17.50 pounds. But at Amazon.co.uk it only costs 11.55 pounds.
Now if I were to be head of the Mozilla store (which I'm not) I would sell all the Mozilla merchandise, books and stuff at a price considerably below the prices in other shops and it that way making the shop even more interesting to people…
